McKnight Land-Grant Professor; Associate Professor
I am an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota in the Department of Ecology, Evolution and Behavior.
My work centers on ecology, physiology and ecosystem impacts of plants, lichens and other terrestrial autotrophs in harsh environments, from deserts to rainforest canopies.
I also work closely with the Lichen and Bryophyte collections at the University of Minnesota Bell Herbarium
