Artist Scholar, Calvin Stalvig (1986), creates sculpture, works on paper, video, and performances that document the restoration of spiritual relations and folk tradition In the Wake. He’s currently engaged in a multi-year project investigating interspecies symbiosis in plants–fungi & humans–digit-ai.
Born and raised on Lake Superior - Gitch-gaami, Stalvig currently lives in Minneapolis - Bdóte.
